Sailor Red Sea Refund Policy Eligibility for Refund
If you have purchased Sailor Cash for more than 1 hour, and have not bought a product in the game store, you may be elegible for refunds.
You will not be eligible for refunds if the terms of the service / server rules have been prohibited or violated. In addition, if Sailor determines that you are abusing the refund policy, you may not be eligible for refunds.
How can I request a refund?
You can request a refund by opening a support ticket in discord, or contact us by e-mail.
How will I get my refund?
By default, purchases will be refunded using the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible depending on the payment method.
You and Sailor may also agree that refunds should be made using an alternative method. Please note that the amount of time for the refund to be processed depends on your method of payment.
BY ATTEMPTING TO REGISTER OR PURCHASE Sailor Points YOU DECLARE THAT YOU PERSONALLY AND INTENTIONALLY CONSENT TO ALL THE POLICIES MENTIONED ABOVE.
